1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Wood Lane Golf & Social ("Wood Lane," "we," "our," or "us") website, facilities, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Membership

Wood Lane is a private members club. Access to the facility and its services is restricted to approved members and their accompanied guests. Membership is granted at the sole discretion of Wood Lane management.

Membership is non-transferable and personal to the named member.
Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times.
Wood Lane reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for breach of club rules, misconduct, or any reason deemed appropriate by management.
Membership fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Bay Bookings

Bay bookings are subject to availability and must be made through our designated booking platform. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged in full.

4. Code of Conduct

All members and guests are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner at all times. Wood Lane operates a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior. Members found in violation of the code of conduct may have their membership revoked without refund.

5. Facility Use & Liability

Members and guests use the facility and its equipment at their own risk. Wood Lane accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property unless caused directly by our proven negligence. Members are advised to take out appropriate personal insurance.

Wood Lane reserves the right to close or restrict access to any part of the facility for maintenance, private events, or any other operational reason.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Wood Lane Golf & Social and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of such sites. Links do not constitute an endorsement.

8. Amendments

Wood Lane reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or facilities following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of material changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pennsylvania.
